Stress can be overwhelming and difficult to manage. As a Certified Trauma Specialist, I help people identify the causes of their stress and guide them to recovery. In addition to general well-being, issues could include post-traumatic reactions, relationship crisis (parent-child, marital, family, etc.), employment difficulties, anxiety depression and many more.
It can be extremely frustrating when problems recur in spite of our best efforts to overcome them. On our own, we are often blocked as we try to identify and change patterns in our lives. Repeating the same unsuccessful actions which we (or our partners or children) have been taking, we can feel boxed-in.
